interesting premise and the CGI is some of the most impressive I have seen.

I am unfamiliar with Gantz in general but was immediately intrigued with its general strangeness and I saw some obvious influences/inspiration from Star Wars, Tron, Matrix, Godzilla and the early Silent Hill games. Without knowing anything about it, it was a fun pop corn flick and worth the time.
