However I'm interested in purchasing some of the original music on either CD or digitally online, I'm specifically looking for an album with the song "Prayer of Peace" possible on a compilation album?

The Best of Godzilla: 1954-1975
The Best of Godzilla: 1984-1995
Unfortunately there is no "Best of" for the Millennium series. You could also just PM me for specifics... *cough*
