The official Toho site has been updated. Can't translate the text but they did post an interesting bit of artwork. Any thoughts?

Hmm, the Evangelion art isn't necessarily new. Is there something else on that page? I couldn't find anything. The Evangelion art is sweet, though.

This isn't new. This from Toho's April Fools Joke about a Godzilla/Evangelion crossover. It's also promotional art for both franchises.
