In just the last few hours, we have finally gotten our first glimpse at the titular Monster King as he is to appear in next year’s Godzilla: Resurgence, and we have even gotten a teaser trailer! However, the news keeps coming in… and a Japanese add in Chunichi Sports has revealed another specific: Godzilla’s height!
Topping (literally) the already massive Legendary Godzilla’s 108.2 meter height, according to this article, the newest incarnation of Godzilla will stand an astounding 118.5 meters tall! As hardcore fans will know, there has never been a Godzilla this massive before. Seeing that face revealed today attached to a body that big will be truly terrifying…

I can certainly agree with your sentiment; seeing Godzilla larger than he has ever before been in the past and possessed of such a monstrous visage will undoubtedly present a truly astinoshing and unsettling experience! I can not wait to see what will be revealed in the months to come! :)

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-10-2015 10:39 AMI already commented this in a couple other topics, but I need to say I realized they probably aren't using the 1954 suit as starting the only starting point for this design...
...They also are using features from Marvel Godzilla! The big head and maw plus the tiny eyes fit to it. Furthermore, Whenever Toho needed to use a seal for licensed Godzilla related products like Bandai figures, they used the Marvel doddle. Maybe they had it present when they went into the scrap book!
