Let's start out with Baragon!
Baragon is a very strange opponent, his origins are not known and same for most of his powers. But he is probably the closest to an actual earth animal the Godzilla series has gotten.
Baragon, as mentioned before, has amazing burrowing abillity. As seen in GMK he was able to burrow beneath the Earth and then reappear within a short amount of time.
Baragon also has great jumping skills, as seen when he tried to pounce Godzilla in GMK, although he failed in most of his attempts.
Baragon's Durabillity is ok, he was able to withstand a great deal of Godzilla's attacks in GMK before he was incinerated by an Atomic breath.
Baragon can fire a beam of pure flame, similar to Atomic Breath, but far weaker. In GMK, one key thing I have noticed is that Baragon does not quit! He keeps going until he dies, that might be a key advantage against Zedus.
Baragon is 25 metres, thats 82 feet.
Now onto Zedus
Zedus is a remarkable enemy! He was able to not only step to Gamera for a bit, but fight back too! He mainly uses his enlarged teeth and claws for melee, these are immensely powerful!
Zedus's signature attack is his elongated tongue, which he uses to grapple foes! The tongue can also be used in a spear-like fashion, which can easily pierce most enemys, killing them.
Now Zedus did gain some other abilities in his appearence in Gamera, but a lot of these are not in his base-form, whcih we are using. So I'm going to link you to his Wikizilla page so you can read about his various forms!

Although Zedus is the larger of the two, and probably physically stronger, Baragon was getting the sh*t kicked outta him by SokogekiGoji, one of the most brutal versions of Godzilla yet. Zedus is definitely nowhere near as powerful as that.
So, I'd have to give it to Baragon on this one. He's not the strongest monster, but he never gives up, and I think that this survivability, coupled with his surprising agility, will be able to outlast the dreaded sea lizard.

MemberMothra LarvaeOct-11-2015 1:59 PMAm going with Baragon too, hes a bit more durable than zedus, never gives up, faster, but not as phyiscaly powerful as zedus, as seen in Gamera the brave he was able to launch Gamera into a building. but the winning factor for Baragon is his beam, he could easily kill zedus with it because in the Gamera the brave movie zedus was driven back by baby gameras wimpy fire, so Baragons fire could wipe him out

MemberBaragonOct-13-2015 2:52 AMZedus, huge size advantage and has shown that his legs are powerful enough to leap onto buildings. This means even Baragon's most effective move in GMK wouldn't be as effective against Zedus who is more mobile.
