No. That was the first figure in the line, and there is a mass produced version as well the the Comic Con exclusive.

yea but im just talking about the 94 figure not including the repaint and what do you mean mass production?

There was a First Release version which included the Atomic Breath and the Mass Produced verion which didn't.

yea but there are very little left and if they wanna sell them they go for more than 100 dollars and G14 has 3 releases so why can G94 have another release?

The G14 repaints were a cash-in on movie-hype. And Rebirth Godzilla was released so that there would be a normal Heisei Godzilla for a reasonable price.

Technically, the "Rebirth" Godzilla figure is a 3rd release of the Godzilla '94.
