MemberMothra LarvaeJan-30-2015 3:50 PMI've noticed that there have been no updates in SH monsterarts products after Gamera 1996. Now, I worried that they'll stop one of the best lines of toys dedicated to the king of the monsters. Hopefully, they'll confirm more soon and bring in some wanted monsters who deserve the respect of having a SHMA figure

MemberBaragonJan-30-2015 4:33 PMActually, there are TWO futher figures comfirmed for release following Gamera... Mecha-King Ghidorah in March, and a re-release of Godzilla 2000 (with white spines) all the way in March.
That said, there is a sizable gap in releases going on, and there hasn't been a figure announced since October. Tamashii confirmed a "dry spell" a few months ago, but what the cause of this might be is unknown. But rest assured... the line will continue. Insiders are predicting a further two or three Godzilla figures at the end of the year, and Jurassic World is even rumored to enter the line this year! Its just a matter of waiting.

For more info on the line and future releases, my thread covers a lot of it, and you can follow the links provided there to other sites for more info.

MemberMothra LarvaeJan-30-2015 4:55 PMChill out okay. Back in 2013 Tamashii slowed down on the releases a bit, and everyine was like "Oh no, SHMA is DEAD!" But then they came back with things like Kiryu 2002 and Godzilla 2000. So just give them a month or two and we will get some new announcments.

MemberBaragonJan-30-2015 5:06 PM^That was a tad harsh, dude. For collectors, gaps like this can be worrying, especially if they don't have connections to the company, and said company is remaining silent for the most part. The average collector doesn't know that Tamashii confirmed a dry spell for the first half of this year, so its understandable that people are getting nervous.
That said, there is no reason to worry. Tamashii has even gone as far as to assure people that they have more Heisei releases planned, and that, although it is currently on the back burner, Showa will happen one day down the line. So don't worry, fans... there is plently of MonsterArts awesomeness to come!

MemberGiganJan-30-2015 5:21 PMNo need for further words, Danzilla explained well enough and try your best from now on to post on his official thread!
Good grief.

MemberBaragonJan-30-2015 5:22 PMI monitor the forums for a lot of the information I share here (properly sited on my thread, of course), but I'm not a member. Much too, shall we say... intense for me. XD
