Godzilla: The Monster War- Chapter 17

     Godzilla and his allies stare at the Hybrid, the mastermind behind the new strike. The monster lets out a mighty roar, a combination of its DNA providers- Godzilla, SpaceGodzilla, and King Ghidorah. Godzilla lets out a deafening roar louder than the Hybrid’s. The beast fires Gravity Beams out of the right and left heads identical to King Ghidorah’s. The middle head, which looks like SpaceGodzilla’s except on a long neck slightly shorter than the other two, fires Godzilla’s Atomic Breath. Angirius roars and curls up into a ball. He hurtles himself at the monster, heavily injuring its left arm and taking off two of its fingers before landing. The Hybrid hits Angirius with the small clubs on the end of its tails. Angirius roars in pain, and Godzilla has an idea…

     The King of the Monsters grabs the left head -turned around so it can see Angirius- and begins to choke it while the two other heads battle Blue Fire Rodan. Soon, the left head and neck fall forward, free of movement. Godzilla grabs onto it and uses all of his strength to pull it off. He begins to wrap it around the Hybrid’s middle neck, but it telepathically pulls a crystal out of the ground with its large horn and throws it at Godzilla’s side. The crystal hits Godzilla’s side, forcing him to let go as he roars in pain. The Hybrid takes a few small crystals out of the ground and throws them at Angirius, who just took the club off of the Hybrid’s right tail. A few of them hit Angirius’s limbs and tail. The creature forces another crystal into Godzilla’s side and telepathically pushes him to the ground. Then, the monster telepathically lifts Angirius off the ground and shoves a large crystal through his neck. The spiked creature bellows in pain before he’s barely clinging to life. The Hybrid throws Angirius at a few buildings, killing him. Godzilla helplessly stares at Angirius’s carcass, and growls. He gets off of the ground and charges the Hybrid.

     Just as Blue Fire Rodan is defeated, Godzilla slashes the Hybrid’s middle neck. The creature roars in pain and fires bolts of energy from its small shoulder crystals at Godzilla. The King of the Monsters winces before slashing the monster’s chest. The Hybrid bites Godzilla’s neck with its right head, but Blue Fire Rodan grabs onto it with his talons. He pulls it off of Godzilla and swings it to the side, spraining its neck. The Hybrid fires a blast of its Atomic Breath at Blue Fire Rodan, injuring him. Then, the monster fires bolts of energy, weakening the creature. It telepathically throws Blue Fire Rodan into some skyscrapers before firing a weak blast of its Gravity Beams. Blue Fire Rodan screeches in pain before flying away.

     Godzilla wonders where his ally has gone before the Hybrid bites his neck. Both monsters hear a loud screech, and Blue Fire Rodan appears. He flies at Mach 1 speeds before firing his Plasma Ray at the Hybrid’s chest and eventually colliding into it. A small explosion forms, and when the smoke, dust, and blue flame clear, the Hybrid has a giant hole in its chest and there’s no sign of Blue Fire Rodan.
