Biollante is only 392 feet, King ghidorah in Heisei is 150 metres.

Kind of factitiously wrong, but the Smallest Godzilla monster of all time is the Kameobas, but the Smallest Kaiju is Baragon.

Let me be more specific, KG in Heisei is 492 feet.

Depends what you count. The smallest one that's actually known is probably Baby Godzilla, but if we're bringing in off hand 1 time appearances then maybe the giant lizard from King Kong vs Godzilla. 

Then again there were microscopic Destoroyahs and Hedorahs so maybe them if they count

Microscopic Destroyah. If that doesn't count, Shockiras.

The smallest i think is Shockiras as the gaiant lizard seems like a normall Animal

There's probably a long list of these. Early forms of Destoroyah and Hedorah. Shockilas. Dorats. Meganulon. Meganula. Early Kamacuras form. Baby Godzilla. Final Wars Minilla...

I guess these fall under "kaiju" rather than daikaiju.
