So I found images of the sh monstersarts winged muto.

That's because the G14 statue was originally an S.H. Monsterarts, and I'm almost sure that the MUTO is just a statue too, and not an S.H. Monsterarts.

No he isn't.

It's just the angle of the images that make him look like he's moved his arms and legs.

The MUTO and city set is fan-made. This is not an S.H. Monsterarts.

The MUTO does move apparently but the MUTO is fan-made and isn't official.

It's possible though that Tamashii may take the model (with permission) and make an actual S.H. MonsterArts MUTO.

Some really credible people in the S.H. Monsterarts Community on Toho Kingdom said it was fan-made.

I managed to see this image in better quality, that MUTO is just the vinyl MUTO with heavy modifications.

If you also payed close attention to G14, you can see that there's something filling the seems in the figure.

This is created by a Japanese diorama maker. He's done this in the past before using S.H.MonsterArts and turning them into statues.

His previous entry was G2K vs Kiryu at the Japan Expo. He's also done a Biollante vs Godzilla before that.
