Catzilla is right godzilla 84/85 would stomp a mud hole on kiryu and walk it dry. :)

Hm... I'll go with Godzilla.

Yeah, G'84 takes this. The Godzilla Kiryu fought was... not particularly impressive, to say the least, so I don't think most of its weapons would really do much against a powerhouse like the Heisei incarnation. A hit from the AZC would probably beat him, considering how effective freezing him was in Godzilla vs. Destoroyah, but I can't imagine that he wouldn't just hit it with his Atomic Ray while it was charging. The way I see this going is Godzilla destroying the AZC as soon as Kiryu tries to use it, and eventually bringing it down with Atomic Rays while it is unable to do any lasting harm to him.
