Firat of all Dr. Graham says " Its almost 300 ft tall, much larger than the other one", I have watched the movie 4 times, so I know ehat she said. So that means the male is much smaller. I would say 181-220 ft. I estimates the female weighing at 76 000 tons and the male 46 000 tons. Also the Female comes up to the shoulders of Godzilla, and the male comes just below the Females shoulders so he is definitely not 91 meters tall.

That said, yeah, the female was around 90 meters, and the male QUITE a bit smaller. 200 feet(60 meters) sound about right.
