Biollante. She beat Heisei Godzilla, she can beat Gamera.

Technically she did but it was because of the ANEB, without it I think the fight could have gone either way. 

Biollante is essentially Iris with a healing factor that is technically immortal. Gamera was pushed to his limits against Iris and was only able to because it after absorbing his fire into his claw. Biollante doesn't have fire to be absorbed so I think Biollante would win this fight.

if i recall correctly godzilla beat biollante on both accasions but however the last fight that you all are refering to, i believe godzilla knew she was done for and just walked away because the ANEB was finally taking it's effect on him. Anyways my money is on biollante. :)

Biollante takes this for sure. Gamera has never had to deal with something with regenerative powers like she and other monsters with G-Cells have, and her diamond-melting acid and spear tendrils that punched right through Godzilla's flesh and bone will make short work of a monster who can be hurt by conventional weapons. The Mana Blast would probably defeat her, but Gamera almost certainly wouldn't use it against an opponent     who doesn't pose a threat to life on Earth even if it was going to kill him.

To be honest, I think Gamera might finish as the winner. Although, it would be a very close match.

Godzilla definitely did not win the last fight. Biollante sprayed acid at him, which caused the ANEB to fully activate and Godzilla walked away, then Biollante turned into spores and left. Both monsters took a lot of shots, it was actually one of the most gruesome Godzilla fights, but due to their healing they both left looking basically the same without lasting damages.

I dont know much about Gamera, but he loses this, Biollante wins

that is true but godzilla sent his atomic breath down biollante's throat like he did the muto's, after that biollante let out her roar and godzilla knew she was done for and walked away to go take a bath so to speak, yes your statement is true but we both know that biollante would return in the form of spacegodzilla and we both know that godzilla came away with the ultimate win. :)
