who would you guys recommend on getting drawing tips from?

I too am an artist, however I'm self-taught and didn't learn much from anybody. I've seen some of 5-Pencil Method's videos on YouTube and they seemed great for teaching tips on how to draw and perfect things like hair and stuff.
