monster origins for future sequels

i watched godzilla with my church's youth group and i was thinking about how the monsters might be presented as an orgin story or how they might show up in the sequel.

angurius:a monster that was awakened by deep sea oil drilling.

rodan:a monster that shows up from a volcano 

baragon: awakened by mining 

manda: awakened by angurius 

varan: shows up from a containiamnated lake from radiation fall out

jet jaguar: i gave this idea to joaomlo2 as a exo-suit which he expanded on greatly 

mothra:sub-species of muto

gigan:king of the mutos or genectic experiments

biollante:bio-weapon

titanosaurus:woken up from nuclear dumps in the ocean

megagirius:egg was found in a cave

orga:a muto/godzilla hybrid with animal traits from the real world that would help defend humanity

godzilla jr: discovered in a cave and taken to monarch base and imprints on dr.serizawa like in

battra:desecended cousin of the male muto and mothra but awakened in the ocean by mothra as both are rivals in the wild

king ghidorah:awakened from krakota volcano and causes a world wide catrostophe. the monster was awakened by godzilla's roar at the end of the movie and spent the next movie digging until it can get out of krakota.

mechagodzilla: a robot made from the skeleton of a godzilla and using virtual reality is able to pilot very easily like an animal and made with a nuclear reactor to attract the monsters and get them away from cities

destroyah:bio-weapon made from the oxygen destroyer but deemed to dangerous and locked away not able to kill. this monster is a evolving monster able to change form very fast

hedorah:pollution and radiation clean up weapon that gets out of control thanks to a terroist strike. made from nanomachines that consume to replicate and the bigger derbis takes awhile and gives it it's form

if you could help expand on these ideas that would be greatly appreciated and sorry for my grammer it was 12 at night when i made it
