Right after talaghan's leader is eliminated

-How are they getting the bomb on the MUTO?-asks Serizawa
-I am afraid that at least one will have to sacrifice his life to make sure the bomb does not fall off.-says Stenz
-Was that the plan all along? I was not informed that such sacrifice was needed.
-I didn't planned Operation Kingsguard. Lieutenant Takashi did.
-Then it means that she was all this time planning a suicide mission.
-I understand why. Her unit was destroyed in San Francisco. After the numerous operations they made together, they were a family. her purpose was to protect her
family, and she lost that when the female MUTO slaughtered them.
-Patch me to Falcon 1, do not let her take that bomb.
Stenz holds Serizawa
-Director, please. I know she is one of our own, but right now, we cannot afford to waste chances against those things. As though as it can be, Lieutenant takashi's
sacrifice is our only hope now.
Serizawa sits, shocked. Suddenly, a scientist from Gojira Department comes to their encounter.
-Sir, I noticed something.
-What?
-Remember when we were discussing about Gojira's "radioactive beam"?
-Yes, when he used it, it didn't get to the full potential.
-Well, take a look at the current energy signatures...

At the same time.

Takashi jumps into the MUTO's back and hardly gets a grip as he tackles Godzilla. Ford and the rest of the team observe as both Godzilla and Takashi have their lives
endangered.
-Lieutenant Brody?-calls Takashi on the radio
-Yes.
-Remember San Francisco?
-How could I forget...
The MUTO suddenly starts retreating from Godzilla.
-His spines... They are glowing.-says Heartbeat
-Watch out, his spines start glowing blue when he is about to...
-They are not blue... They are red.
Godzilla started inhaling deeply, and suddenly, exhales a much bigger red beam into the MUTO.
-HOLY ****. I never seen him shooting a red one.-says Ford.
After Godzilla shoots the red beam, he collapses alongside with the MUTO, that had a huge hole in it.
-Ice Queen!? Ice Queen!? Takashi!?-calls Ford
-What?
-Thank God! We are coming to pick you up!
-Hurry! The countdown is on the 2 minutes!
The helicpoter circles around looking for her and eventually they find her hanging on the MUTO's leg. They pull her into the helicopter with the bomb and Ford starts
disarming it.
-Were you really thinking about killing yourself in there? Are you so desperate to get back to your team?-says Ford angrily.
Without saying a word, Takashi throws a roll of duct tape at Ford to which he stares blankly.
-You are my team now.-says she
Ford laughs and finishes defusing the bomb.
-MIST, this is HQ. What is the status?
-This is Ice Queen. Operation Kingsguard is succsessful.
-We are glad you are still with us. The current readings on Gojira are critical. What can you see?-says Serizawa
-He is pretty beaten up, but you should see how the MUTO is...
-Didn't you use the bomb?
-No. It seems that our big boy handled the situation all by himself... wait... He is moving.
-Our reading show the life signs stabilizing. You are clear to returna home MIST.
-With pleasure sir.

2 days after Operation Kingsguard.

Elle Brody is making lunch as her son makes the homework. A bell rings and Elle goes answering the door.
-Who is it?
Elle turns back with a smile and says:
-Guess who?

So, that is it. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did making it. But there are some things that I could have improved, such as the MIST unit members backstory (mostly Hammer. His role was almost inexistent) and some minor polish. I would like to thank the positive feedback that helped a lot in finishing this fan-script, and perhaps, in a near future there will be another story to tell.
