Chapter 2 of my fan-mad Godzilla sequel script!

Monarch HQ
Janjira,Japan
One day after the public reveal

The helicopter landed on the pad of the restored Monarch HQ. The facility was completly covered, with the long-abandoned city still thought a death zone by the public. The place where the MUTO hatched was rebuilt and was now a giant lab covered with a special roof that provided the needed camouflage for the HQ.
Serizawa and Graham climbed from the helicopter and were immediatly greeted by the head of local security and one scientist.
-What is the status on Gojira?-asked Serizawa
-We did what you said and followed his radioactive signature. We found him at the Mariana Trench.-said the scientist
-The world's deepest trench.-says Graham-It makes the perfect resting place for Godzilla...-she notices Serizawa looking at her a bit annoyed-...I mean, Gojira.
-Do we have people on the site?-asked Serizawa
-Yes. The adapted mobile base is ready with a team of divers awaiting commands.
-Perfect.-says Serizawa-Mr. Johnson, how are we on finding Dr.Yamane?
-I have bad news Director. He was found dead early today in Cretoria. A bomb exploded on his apartment. It is believed to have been done by terrorists.
-My God. What was he doing on Cretoria?
-We are working on it as we speak sir.
-Good job. You may return to your post. Me and Dr.Graham are going to the Gojira Department.
-Will do.

Serizawa, Graham and the scientist entered the Research Complex, where the spore was located before hatching.

-How are we on the MUTO corpses?
-We are still trying to figure out how exactly do the MUTO's legs disseminate the Electro-Magnetic Pulses, but we suspect it has a connection to their nervous sistem.
-What about the Weapons Department?
-Our collaboration with the CERN as really paid off. We managed to stabilize the anti-matter. Soon we can weaponize it.
Serizawa takes a large breathing and says.
-I do not feel confortable possessing such things under my roof.
The scientist stops and says.
-Look, Director, I understand your concerns, but this is our best shot so far if Gojira or something more powerful, decides to attack us.
-Just make sure it is not used the wrong way.
-The cannister is safe. Mr.Johnson assigned extra security at the weapons vault.
-OK.
They enter the Gojira Department and multiple screens show the status on the team in the site.
-Director Serizawa.-says one of the divers-We are in the submarine, awaiting orders..
-Proceed with Operation Nautilus.
-Roger that.
Through the screens, the HQ is able to track the submarine's movment as they make their descent into the abyss.
-30 meters... 40 meters...-says one of the divers.
-The readings are getting stronger. He certainly is here.-says another.
The seconds become minutes and after half an hour, they reach the 10 kilometers of depth.
-Monarch HQ, we are halfway the...-a sudden crack noise is heard-WHAT THE HELL!? Oh, the window cracked due to the pressure. Let's hope it can hold on through the mission.
-Do not hesitate to abort if it gets too dangerous.-warns Serizawa
-Roger that HQ. The radiation is spiking... and speaking of spikes... yes, we have visual on Gojira.
A crack can be heard and the HQ looses the video feed on the cameras outside the submarine.
-We lost visual on the outside, what happened?-asks Serizawa.
-The cameras must have been crushed by the pressure.-says Dr.Graham
-She is right. I don't know we did we even bother to waste money on them.-replies one of the divers.-We are trying to locate soft tissue to implant the tracker.
-Check on wounds or scars he may have.-advises Serizawa.
-We are approaching his head, he appears to be sleeping.There is an huge scar on his neck, aybe it is a good place to attach the tracker.
-Do it.-says Serizawa
They conduct the submarine near the scar and a mechanical arm with a drill approaches it to perfurate his skin.
They start drilling and after a while, they remove the drill and place the tracker.
-Mission accomplished. The tracker is placed.
-Well done. Return to base.
-Wait HQ... Oh my god, he is moving! TAKE US UP! TAKE US UP!
As the submarine desperatly goes up, Godzilla swims away, throwing the submarine away with the turbulence. The divers struggle to stabilize it, and after some long seconds, they manage to do it. The HQ watches with horror in their faces, the crew in risk of death.
-What is your status?-asks Serizawa
-We are ok, nothing has been damaged. We are returning to base.
-OK. You deserve some rest.
-We have signal! He is heading North.-says one of the people at the Department.
-Then Operation Nautilus is successful.-says Serizawa with a smile-I am going to my office to communicate with the UN, saying that we are now able to track Gojira with precision. Keep me updated on him Dr.Graham.
-Will do Director.

Talaghan's hideout
Cretoria
At the same time

A jeep enters a warehouse and some men close the doors behind it. The jeep stops and 3 men come out of it and open the trunk revealing another one, tied up. They take him out of there and untie him. A strong-looking man walks into their direction.

-Welcome Dr.Yamane. To my humble wherabouts.
-What do you think you are doing!? I work for your goverment. They will be looking for me!
-No they won't because you are officialy dead, but that does not matter, because I want you to tell me about your discovery on the mines.
-What mines? I don't know what you are talking about.
-Seriously? It is going to be the "I don't know what you are talking about" cliché? Do you want me to break every bone on your body, you traitor?
-I am not traitor, and you must be that terrorist scum that has been bombing the country.
-Do you really want to know our agenda Dr? Fine, as you are spending the rest of your pathetic life locked up on our basement, I will have no problem.So, you may think that we only will operate on this sample of a country, but what you don't know is that we are expanding, opening our minds to a much more ambitious project that will allow us to take control of those beasts and then, we will have the world to our knees.
-World domination.What a surprise.-says the cynical doctor.
-I know, right? World domination is something of evil geniuses, mostly fictional ones. But we believe that we can help those people. These bombings are just samples of what we are capable off. And beleive me, we can do much worse.
-Then you will have to do it on me because I am not telling you anything.
-It is funny you say that, when you should be thankfull to us. Do you really think those Goverment bastards would let you live your life after the discovery you made?Yes, we know everything, so either you start talking by yourself or Vladimir here will help you.

The man walks away saying:
-I will be on the office. Make sure you leave enough teeth so he can talk. Rise with rage brothers.
-Rise with rage.-say the men as they look to a terrified Dr.Yamane.

The man enters the warehouse's office and calls someone on the phone:
-Master?
-Yes. Listen carefully. I want you to gather some brothers and start recon missions on Janjira. I think that it may help us understanding what we are dealing with.
-I will Master. Anything else?
-Nothing more. Rise with rage brother.
-Rise with rage master.

One of the henchmen knocks on the door.
-Master? He wants to talk.
-Already? How nice of him!

They return to the doctor, that is now severly injured from being beaten up.
-What is it then?-asks the man
-One year ago, in Janjira, I was assigned to work on a base in there, where a nuclear accident happened 16 years ago. The base belonged to Monarch.
-Wait, how is that possible since only yesterday it was formed?
-They are lying. Monarch exists since 1954, and the facility in Janjira, since 2000. They were the ones that started it all.
-Where do you think they are located now?
-I don't know, but I would bet that they kept themselves on the same place.
-Very interesting. You don't seem to be lying, you are too smart for that. Wait here brothers.

He returns to the office and calls his subordinate again.
-There has been a change of plans. I want you to assemble an attack team as well. We are preparing an attack on Monarch HQ.
