superman. In a battle between superman and godzilla i'm on godzilla's side. But superman has been shown to be able to tow planets around so I thing that godzilla would be pretty easy to throw into space.

Your comparing apples to oranges. Godzilla is real and is living in the bottom of the pacific ocean. Superman is just fictional charactor.
