It's not confirmed. The writer of the article simply stated he "hoped" Frank Darabont would be the full time screenwriter. I share that hope, but it's not indicative that there's any screenwriter, including Darabont or Borenstein, currently attached to the sequel.
Also please learn to post the original article and not a facebook coded page with no information.
