Mine was when godzilla fell to the ground and he saw ford Brody and ford saw godzilla it was so emotional and awesome! i mean godzilla is an ancient beast he hasent seen any humans yet he just steps on things and goes like whatever. But when he saw ford he felt like oops. I hope its safe to say it eared up a little (sorry for some grammer I'm in a hurry).

Joseph and his wife last moment was very perfectly, even the music comportment the scene.

But Everyone seem to Overlook a powerful scene. It when Dr.Serizawa give the watch to David Strathairn character where the clock stop on 12:00 in the bombing of Hiroshima which tells a powerful message without be vocal. Listen to Rob from ETN Etertainment really nail description of that scene.

CHRISZILLA5 - In my opinion, the most emotional scene was the one in which Joe saw the "HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD" banner in his crumbling home moments after having discovered the picture of his family. That made me tear-up a great deal! I was very pleased I'd brought a box of tissues in my purse! :)
