I do have a question for everyone did it bother y'all guys that after Godzilla killed the Mutos that when he went back on land and when he pass out did that bother y'all because I understand the mutos was tough but I seen godzilla battle other monster that tougher and was still able to go back to the ocean and I understand that gareth was trying to keep it realistic but it wasn't something I was use to seeing him do and I wanted to know did it bother anyone who seen it.

no, not really. the only thing that concerned me was ' oh shit, he's dead??????' but honestly if you spent the whole night getting your ass kicked by two giant monsters, you'd be basically hung over as well. all he needed was a little power nap. :) and it probably also wears him out using his atomic breath. that most likely takes lots of concentration and engergy to use.

CHADDAVIS2292 - Actually, I felt thaat Godzilla succumbing to his injuries and losing consciousness was a fantastic aspect! I very much enjoyed the realism it brought to him! :)

Yea I guess I agree with y'all guys it was just different to see him that way being that in no other movie that never happen to him even when battle with more than two monsters

CHADDAVIS2292 - You're absolutely right. However, having him lose consciousness after the battle made him much more endearing to the audience. I know Godzilla is an anti-hero, but that moment definately made him seem more "human". :)

NOt only he fought the mutos ... he also had a friggin skyscrapper fall on him ... i really think he needed the rest. :)
