This is from a Marvel Godzilla comic from the 70s, which ends with Godzilla going on a rampage through New York while the Fantastic Four, Avengers, and SHEILD make a futile attempt to stop him. I just wanted to share this panel here because it's such a hilarious example of the wonderfully crazy character of Spiderman's boss.
