Godzilla: King of the Rails?!

If you want to advertise a movie especially on the west coast, this is the way to do it.  Why didn't Amtrak or CalTrain do this?!  The answer, the licensing for Godzilla would have been astronomical every time they ran a locomotive with advertisement.  Amtrak once had a engine that advertised the King Tut Exhibit in Washington State.  So it could be possible, but expensive.  I would do this if I had a railroad.
