TV Spot "I Can't Believe This is Happening" Question

Greetings everyone!

I want to start off by saying I've seen the wondercon footage, and will mention a slight detail from the footage, so if you don't want to know anything about it stop reading now. :-)

This is my first post, and I'm so sorry if this has been covered already. I did my best to search, but that doesn't mean it hasn't already been covered. I watched the TV Spot, I Can't Believe This is Happening. Around the 24 second mark, it shows the character Ford Brody and what I thought was a part of Godzilla. After watching the wondercon footage, I saw how thick Godzilla's legs and feet are. Love the design, btw. Whatever is shown at the 24 second mark is much thinner and doesn't look like Godzilla's leg/foot. Could this be the arm/hand instead? Am I missing something here?
