MemberMothra LarvaeApr-04-2014 7:09 AMSo yes, i know i know this is gonna p- some of you guys off. But even though its rated PG-13 for violence and stuff like that, on the lies i discovered something on 00:26 seconds into the video. It actually says rating beeing revised. Does this mean i could be still rated R? Tell me your thought and if you found that too.

MemberMothra LarvaeApr-04-2014 7:13 AMI would think that has more to do with something happening in the movie itself, rather than the movie's rating.

MemberMothra LarvaeApr-04-2014 9:41 AMi hope it will still be PG-13, and it says rating to be advised, not revised, plus it might be a commercial from a different country

MemberMothra LarvaeApr-04-2014 10:13 AMI;m an older guy who's very much into darker, more horror themed stuff and would with open arms celebrate an unrated version but I think Godzilla should be shared by everyone and Lengendary knows that and wouldn't support a theatrical R rating and lose a huge chunk of their audience/profits.

2. It says "Rating to be Advised" which practically means the rating will be announced in the trailers soon. Just not that one.
The movie is rated PG-13 guys. The last time I saw a rating change after it was announced through some official source was in the mid-1990s.
Anyone hoping for an R rating are out-of-luck or just delusional. Legendary was NEVER going to let this be an R rated movie. Period.

MemberBaragonApr-04-2014 2:06 PMjust face it godzilla no matter what will never be rated R this movie will be as dark and realistic like the original gojira 1954 film, even though there is no similarites between films, the producers realize that kids of any age will want to see any kind of monster movie even in a case such as godzilla. You also need to remember that alot of us grew up watching godzilla all the time when he was aired on national television even to this day AMC still shows the 1956 film godzilla king of the monsters starring raymond burr which my 6 year old nephew has watched a 100 times like me as well, we are both looking foward to this film and he has even seen the original 1954 film and he will not be terrifyed of this new one at all :)
