New Material on MUTORESEARCH.net (characters)

Legendary just posted this pic on Twitter too.  Not sure if this comes from the MUTO site as my work is blocking it right now.  Looks like some more details are starting to slowly come out. I LIKE IT!!

Yes, it's from the mutoresearch site, apparently the Brody file has been decrypted and has photos and even an audio clip of Ford and his family.

Both Ford and his wife's files have been unlocked on MUTOresearch.net. They include photoes and sound bytes. Nothing directly linked to Godzilla, yet, but it looks like this "Monarch" is spying on them. Who knows if they are in the movie or not.

There's also a file up on that site for Elle Brody.  Damn it ya beat me to the topic lol I was just looking at that.

As a side note... WHAT IS MONARCH?!  I don't think that got discussed before but if so I'm sorry.  The information marked for monarch eyes only and whatnot is interesting, specifically the info sheets on each of the characters.  I like how Elle Brody's location (SF) is marked as a high risk target like they know SF is in danger.

Wow, they are really going into great detail regarding the characters bout who is MONARCH????!!

Monarch: 1. a sovereign head of state, esp. a king, queen, or emperor

2. a type of butterfly

term 1+ term 2 = A queen/emporer butterfly

I think that Monarch is actually (pardon my parallel but it's all I can think if at the moment) a similar to that of sector 7 in Michael Bay's, transformers. Under the gov, and the society research team.

guys! On one of the photos Annanastorm posted, it says ford Brody age 9 and has the kid circled in a white bus. That is the same kid you see in the international trailer where the kids stare out the bus when Godzillas spines rise up. Take a look at the kid in the blue jacket in the photo, isnt that 9 year old Ford Brody?

if you look at the 'communication intercept' on ford's survallience report it says he recvived a letter from his dad that he has ignored, there is some seriously bad farther-son releationship

that might be ford brodys son because in one photo his son is wearing a blue jacket

well, this came out of nowhere...could there be new videos coming!?

if there is any new videos, i hope it continues on the no spoiler streak and focuses on fords family, the main and international trailers mostly focused on cranston for the most part, and aaron t johnsons character is the main protaganist of the movie

Well said!  I have a lot of respect for how careful Legendary is being in terms of guarding the film's secrets.  Seeing new things is awesome, and THIS is the way to do it: new material that excites us and gets us talking, but reveals nothing! :)

This new material brings an old topic back into the light: Monarch.  The only reason we even know about... well, whatever it is, is because of the MUTOResearch website.  Just what the heck is it?!?!?!?!  Could it be the organization that we assume at this point is tracking the monsters, and MUTO is just their research wing?  Could it be a codename for a person?  WE DON"T KNOW!!!!!!!!  But one thing's for sure... judging by these pictures, they sure are keeping tabs on the Brody family.  It looks like Monarch has eyes everywhere, and they are definitely monitering and tracking Ford, Elle, and Sam, Orwell style.  They must consider them assets or threats in some way... but... what... could... that... BE?!?!?!?!  Perhaps they are trying to draw out the one man who knows their secret... Joe Brody.  No pictures of him have turned up on the site yet.  I think they are trying to get to him to silence him.  Maybe he's in hiding, and they don't know where he is?

Looks like Serizawa's file is open as well now. I can't quite make out what he's saying in the audio file though.

I wonder why they're unlocking these files a day at a time.

serizawa's full name confirmed to be Honda Serizawa, according to the field report on serizawa's folder

^It says Ichiro Serizawa. But you're right, his name isn't Daisuke.

my mistake his first name is ICHIRO but must still be a homage to honda, it also proves that the name is only a homage to the character and has no conection to the 1954 character so people can shut up about the oxygen destoryer

^Or he's a reference to another Ishiro Honda film: Ichiro from Godzilla's Revenge. Haha, I sincerely hope that connection pisses some overly serious fans off.

There's a reference to an audio file on a document in the Serizawa section. The file is called "SCI AF_U330-344.wav". Any ideas?

if you look at the bottom of the field report on serizawa's files you can see that it states that MONARCH is a MUTO research division.
