Some Godzilla sketchs

I'm a lazy guy..i havent finish any of these sketch (including the winged Muto)..i'm very ashamed of it :But i just want to know what u guys think of my drawings,which one deserve a finished digital painting treatment?? Which will be done after my college works done

The first picture is a drawings of Godzilla head close up with some para-troopers landing on the targeted zone

The second picture is my nightmare..to see the pressence of the king in front of a broken building
