Will the muto return or be destroyed right away?

So I was wondering what everyone's general opinion was on this topic. Godzilla is going to face enemies like most of the other movies but will they be killed off in this movie or go dormant and be used in a next film? I personally hope that atleast one lives and goes into hiding so it can become a new classic monster but I think they're all going to be killed off.

I personally think there has to be that ONE monster that some how lives and becomes the new classic Godzilla villain. maybe an end credits scene where we see it still alive.

I think Muto will come back in Godzilla 4 the revenge; to kill Godzilla's son who is working at the docks. Then Godzilla's wife will go on vacation and gain a new love interest in Michael Kane. They'll defeat Muto by ramming a boat into its head-- where Muto will explode for no reason.

He is 350ft Tall people, those things on his neck ARE gills, and the Brazil photo is part of the final advertising design-- Deal with it.

What would be awesome, is if Godzilla was walking off victorious and a MUTO attacked him out of nowhere and it was bigger than the last MUTOS he fought. It would be a nice twist.

Well if MUTO is really that much of a threat against Godzilla seeing as they absorb radiation, I guess we could have a nice Gyaos-like villain for Godzilla. I personally want to see the 8 legged MUTO, or Bardiel as im calling him, have alot of screentime and actually fight ferociously cuz you gotta admit. 4 huge arms plus 2 small ones. Yeah that will give Goji some trouble
