New Godzilla 2014 Hot Topic Shirts?

Hey guys,

I just wanted to know if you guys have heard any new tidbits/info on upcoming G14 merchandise, I know they've kept us all posted on the upcoming toy line so I wanted to know if you guys have heard any rumors/info about possible new G14 apparel/shirts.

I was at the mall a couple weeks ago and asked a retailer at Hot Topic what upcoming movies they're expecting new shirts for and she said she doesn't know in advance what movies they'll be getting new shirts for until mere weeks before said movie comes out, BUT you can request ideas for them at their official website (via e-mail). So then I pitched the idea of them releasing a 2nd wave of Godzilla 2014 shirts with his new design on it since they've already revealed his new look in the first official trailer and because this is a big name movie/franchise (Hot Topic only releases new shirts for "big name" upcoming movies, after all and this is THE giant monster movie franchise we're talking about, it's also in the "Top 5 Most Anticipated Movies of 2014" on every movie news website), I think it deserves to have its own merchandising at a chain like Hot Topic especially considering that they've already released a line of G14 shirts last year-albeit for a limited time-to commemorate the SDCC trailer, I even told her all this myself.

So, any takers on this little request? If nothing else, it'll help further promote the movie-and it's gonna need all the help it can get with its fierce competition in May, let's be honest-and hell, I might even consider buying one before I go see it opening day on May 16th (I got my Cloverfield shirt from there, so why not?)! Having his new design on it, basically showing naysayers from the travesty that was the 98 film that this is the real deal this time around will also help.
