I know how you feel, its extremely frustrating.

As I said on another post, even Cloverfield had better marketing when it came out in 2008. I remember the trailer playing repeatedly at different movies, Hell! In my opinion Cloverfield's Viral Marketing campaign is one of the most clever I've seen, they never revealed the monster but I'm sure as hell I remember that viral marketing didn't appealed only to fans but to everyone interested in the film, it was creepy and very mysterious. I also saw lots of Cloverfield ads and posters (some of these were REALLY HUGE!) at several movie theaters MONTHS BEFORE THE MOVIE CAME OUT. And even though not everyone outside of the Kaiju fans knew what the film was about, many were interested in it because of all the enigmatic imagery.

you know what im fed up with, you guys blaming and bitching at lp and wb instead of that lebonese website who started that rumor

lmao i total agree with godzillafan1995 on what he just said and besides godzilla's name alone means moneymaker

1) Godzilla is not as much of a money maker as you think he is 2) that lebo is irrelevent 

fine if you don't have faith in legendary then don't watch the movie. also is the movie going to be released tomorrow or next week or next month, no it is relased 3 months, which is still a while.

chill out for a second there frozen besides once the full length official trailer is released ill bet you more and more people will be talking about it and if he is not a money maker then why did godzilla(zilla) 1998 perform so good?

@BIGBADBEN u have a good point, plus i have faith in legendary to deliver us a good movie, but i really hate their marketing and i think it might have a negative effect on how Godzilla performes 

if you need solid facts about this i must suggest to you that you look up my recent topic i started yesterday alot of people here some how over looked it but this is straight out of g-fan magazine #101 the title of my topic is "HECTOR ARCE INVOLVED WITH LEGENDARY" just read that and you will understand where i am going with this :)

also the lebense website is relevent because they are the ones that said a trailer was going to be released today, but it didn't which is why you are even amking a rage post.

Have patience, the marketing is on its way, just be happy this movie loyal to the original Godzilla, unlike that piece of shit TriStar made 15 years ago.

that reminds me, just think the last big bdget american godzilla movie was 15 years ago, final wars was relased 10 years ago, now i feel old.

I agree its getting boring and im losing interest fast.  Rather just download the movie at this point, not worth giving 10$ to WB/Legendary. Doesn't seem like they care so why should I.

Good lord some of you people need to learn patience...

I have none, especially when they teased the movie forever and a day ago.  Cloverfield was one of the best marketed movies ive ever seen.  They need to call up JJ Abrams and take a page from his book.  They teased cloverfield during the Transformers movie which was more than a year before it came out. Then continuously gave you small tidbits to keep guessing and trying to figure it out. Never revealed the monster or plot points but kept you wanting more, building buzz.  So as far as Godzilla's one teaser trailer 5 months before it comes out isnt exciting. Its a shame.

Im not trying to start a fight, i just understand where peoples frustration comes from.

Looks like we have a mexican stand off here. Ok everybody just please, weopons down, and lets all take a chill pill for a moment (or a breath mint cause of my atomic breath). We all know legendary's marketing canpain is the freaking devil. But theres no need to start conflict over that. No matter how much we bitch about it, theres nothing we can do to stop it or change legendaries or warners bros mind about the plan that they are going for. To be honest I don't think its Gareth Edwards or Legendary's fault. I'm going to put the blame on warners bros since they are in charge of advertisement for this movie.
