so what is the significance of the sinkholes?

GODZILLA HIMSELF
MemberMothra LarvaeFebruary 05, 20141568 Views4 RepliesI have not seen anybody discuss this for a while so i thought i would bring it back up. so im assuming most people here remember everything with the muto reaserch site and the sinkholes. i wanted to point out that on the muto site, if you line up the network grid thing with the globe in the background just right, the dots appear to line up. but remmber, on the network grid, they are all connected, could this be a map of a subterannien enviroment? another reason i say this is because in the origional Gojira, the theory is put forth by the paleontologist(yamata i think) that godzilla may have inhabbited deep pockets in the earth, deep pockets that contain things we have never seen. the sinkholes could be a way to play off of that idea. so these sinkholes could be where godzilla and the other monsters come from, of course i think godzilla should be a particularly "unique" member of his species, but that can be discussed somewhere else. for now please just put down your ideas about the significane of the sinkholes, and what they have to do with M.U.T.O.
