So on wikipedia i saw this in godzilla 2014...ts a qoute from Elizebeth Olsen.. "There's a strong theme about the importance of family in it as well as the theme of trying to control nature and how that backfires in the end."

They try to control nature and it backfires? Heres a speculatuon:

This has been said already but let me add something. The humans create the muto monsters to kill Godzilla, but the muto monsters probably turn against the humans, but not with Godzilla either,so humanity made it harder for themselves

Your thoughts?

i think its more that create them to kill each other like a terrorist group. godzilla was unknowingly created years before by a nuke. the monsters get loose and destroy things while scientists are monitoring strange activity that happens to be godzilla and he finally emerges
