MemberMothra LarvaeJan-26-2014 6:23 PMDon't you think the MUTOs look like a praying mantis with their two front claws? Maybe they have praying mantis DNA in them.https://www.google.com.au/search?q=godzilla+muto&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=AKblUtTpGsariAfv2YGADw&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAQ&biw=1920&bih=976#facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=1RSMHaJJuXpDOM%253A%3B1uzX-bWlWEHt8M%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fstatic4.wikia.nocookie.net%252F__cb20131026090529%252Fgodzilla%252Fimages%252Fe%252Fe0%252FMuto_Fan_Concept_1.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fgodzilla.wikia.com%252Fwiki%252FMuto%3B800%3B533

MemberMothra LarvaeJan-26-2014 6:33 PMKind of like Kamachuras, or whatever they are, the bug monster from the classic godzilla

MemberMothra LarvaeJan-26-2014 7:31 PMI have a feeling they are going to be very mantis like, with assorted spider-bits thrown in there.

MemberMothra LarvaeJan-26-2014 8:43 PMThat creature was drawn from memory of a fan who saw the SDCC teaser.
Remember that it was just that: a teaser. It didn't showcase the final design of any of the creatures in it, so you shouldn't put stock in that image. It's just a recollection of a monster used to whet your appetite at a Godzilla focused exhibit at Comic Con.
Whatever the final MUTO designs are, we have no idea what they are yet. Just be patient and wait for the details to arrive. At the very least, we might be lucky and get a glimpse of one or more of them in the next trailer whenever it shows up.
And for those thinking the Feb 7th date is legit, don't put stock in that either. The one who started that rumor is one of the many failed prophets who tried to predict the first official trailer release. They're entire statement was without a source of any kind nor any proof or even evidence to support their claim.

MemberMothra LarvaeJan-27-2014 8:18 AMThe MUTOs are not a specific group of monsters; MUTO will most likely be a codename for the monsters. Thus, the MUTOs do not "look like" mantises, only one of them does.
And there probably will only be two monsters that Godzilla will fight.
