GODZILLA trailer NOT in Super Bowl

I managed to see a list of all the movie trailers airing during the Super Bowl and GODZILLA isn't listed. Turns out Warner Bros opted out of showing anything this year...which of course disappoints me greatly. I STILL believe that trailer number 2 will debut in February, just not as soon as I (and many of us here) originally speculated.

Just because there's not gonna be a trailer doesn't meant there won't be some kinda tv spot. The Avengers did the same thing.

I Disagree. Godzilla trailer #2 will be March 7th or you can say March 6th . before the release date of 300: Rise of the Empire

Early to mid March is probably a safe bet. With the final theatrical trailer being released a couple of weeks or so before May 16th.

This of course excludes various TV spots we'll see.

It makes no sense to release a serious, dark, destruction film when 90% of the super bowl commericials are funny ones. The audience won't care about Godzilla as much as the game going on. The prices to get a spot are beyond belief. Godzilla is getting a TV spot, it's a legendary film and WB film.. it'll get it's marketing. We still have over 100 days before it releases. Stay calm
