Will the movie be considered Millenium?

This has been brought up before if memory serves.
I don't see why this would be considered a part of the Millenium series. This movie has no ties to any other Godzilla series as far as we know.
By 'Millenium Time' do you mean it takes place after the year 2000? If so, we'd have a little less than a thousand years of 'Millenium Time' Godzilla films.

i will never understand peoples love for mothra
king of the monsters

No. There is no bridge between this Godzilla and the previous Toho Godzilla movies at all really. Sure, its a NEW VERSION of TOHOS GODZILLA. But not that same thing. Just as Batman from The Dark Knight isnt connected to the Batman from the comics. So this can just be considered the "Legendary" series. It is its own universe.

If its as good as it probably is, ill consider it a part of the millenium series. And yes;
He is american, he is the legendary version, bla bla bla, my name is erny, (No offense to all Erny`es out there)
But if Zilla had been good, i would have considered him the start of the millenium series. And thats why i just consider this thing as just another Millenium reboot.

I don't believe this will be part of any previous series at all. Since this is an AMERICAN Reboot, have you guys taken into consideration that this movie might be the start of a new series?
no offence to any american at all, but technically its british cuz the director is british :P
