MemberMothra LarvaeDec-14-2013 10:53 PMThe film will be called Godzilla II or something or other, I don't know, but I'm just gonna make up some random name and go with Godzilla Vs. The Blood-Drinking Mummy of Dream Land.
I don't know what's going to happen in the 2014 film, so I guess I'll just make an updated version after I see the movie, but let's just assume Godzilla defeated the centipede, Muto is destroyed, and he just disappeared into the sunset or whatever.
Anyways, I guess the best way to start it should be with outer space. A meteorite zooms by and it is dead set on Earth. NASA sees this so they send a nuclear missile out into space to blow up the meteorite and save Earth. But what they don't know is that a small bacteria is growing on the surface of the meteorite. The nuke strikes it and seemingly saves Earth, and everybody rejoices. However, the bacteria has now evolved due to it absorbing the nuclear energy. Now it is a flying messy abomination. It heads off toward Earth and now we can tell some serious stuff is going to go down.
Cut to a scientist named Gerald Williams, who is at home on his computer observing pictures taken by a sattelite. This is a year after the nuking of the meteorite, mind you. He sees a small, faint image of what appears to be a UFO. His wife, Jenna, walks in and tells him he missed their daughter's recital. This is where the human character conflict happens. Jenna thinks Gerald is too obsessed with his job, and Gerald keeps trying to explain to her how important it is. Meanwhile, their young daughter is in bed trying to go to sleep, but she can't over the sound of her parents arguing. She sees what she thinks is a shooting star, but suddenly it crashes in their pool in the backyard.
Gerald and Jenna hear the loud splash and go outside to see what it is. Gerald quickly grabs his shotgun, and they head into the backyard. They see a strange mist coming out of their pool and the water is bubbling. Gerald shoots into the pool, but nothing happens. As he heads closer and closer to it he begins to hear a low growling noise. Just as he gets close enough to it, a huge dragon-like beast rises up out of it and bites the barrel off his shotgun, swallowing it whole. The monster hisses at him, and flies up out of the pool into the night sky.
Meanwhile, an expedition group is exploring a strange system of tunnels, and eventually come across a huge chamber. The leader of the group, Ichiro Miki (bravo to you if you get that reference), tells the new guy in the group, Jake Hauser, that when Godzilla attacked he was just a kid (yeah, this takes place years later, should've told you earlier, I know, I know) and ever since he's had a fascination with the giant beast and that's why he jumped on the oppurtunity to look for it. Two guys run up to Ichiro and tell him that they found something. Ichiro goes with them and sees Godzilla's body, frozen in a huge chunk of ice.
Back at Gerald's house, he calls his work, Johnson Labs, to tell them what he just saw, but they doubt him and assume he's drunk. They hang up, and Gerald is angry.
Anyways, guys, it's really late so I'll finish this some time later. See you guys next time.

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-15-2013 12:12 AMFirst....let's wait until the film is released. The concepts you're talking about and the Japanese actors you're getting involved are just too far fetched. Take a pill and wait for 5 months.....

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-15-2013 8:45 AMGuys, Gareth said that if the movie does well, he wants to have a Destroy All Monsters type of sequel. He also wants it to be realistic. Now I believe in aliens, but I don't think aliens would be the best approuch to realism.
FOR SCIENCE OF COURSE!

MemberMothra LarvaeDec-15-2013 4:30 PMActually, guys, now that I think about, plus how you said we should wait until the first movie comes out, I'm probably just going to make this story a stand-alone Godzilla idea so I don't have to be careful not to mess up any continuity.
