I expect a good bit. At first, it will be showing the devastation of Godzilla and with Godzilla attacks yet the camera will show little of the creature. Towards when Godzilla enters San Francisco I expect we will see more though.

I believe in Jesus Christ, who's my Lord and Savior.

According to director Gareth Edwards, we don't see Godzilla in his entirety much at all. I'm guessing we see Godzilla maybe a quarter of the film in it's entirety, but even less than that if you're talking about shots that show Godzilla in his entirety.

If they're really going for a feel like the original not at all for a while. Let there be build up with things going wrong everywhere, people searching for the reason, finding the Mutos and thinking they're the main culprits perhaps, then finally he appears.

the original godzilla movie didnt really show the full monster, so let the first movie have some artistic merit to it, as long as he don't die and is the true atomic death.

@ESNKD - "the original godzilla movie didnt really show the full monster," Have you even watched the original Godzilla? Because the answer to that statement of yours is : "Yes it did." The original Godzilla showed the full creature several times over extended segments as a matter of fact. Many shots were only the torso or feet, but the whole suit was in fact on screen quite a lot in the original film. Another fun fact is that the original film showed the monster's face at about the 22 minute mark complete with a roar and everything as he looked over the hill at Dr. Yamane, Emiko, and the other villagers as they fled in terror. For this newer film to work, what with the advances in technology and CGI and effects and the sophistication of audiences, Legendary would be wise not to show the monster's face (let alone his full form) until at least the 40-45 minute mark. Showing a foot, a claw, a few spines or perhaps even the mouth would be alright within the first chunk of the film, but if they want Godzilla's first major appearance to really have the impact that it needs and deserves, they'd be wise not to show his face as early as the original film did. Watching Godzilla (1954) today, seeing the monster so early actually takes away some of the fear factor of seeing him in his entirety later on in the movie when we already knew what to expect. It's still one of the greatest films of all time and definitely the best Kaiju movie to date, but I still believe the monster was shown too early. For Legendary to get it right, Godzilla's full form should not come in for a good chunk of the early part of the film. Only his roar and perhaps one or two other small snippets of his claws or feet for a while.

I have worked on a theory here that i think could help you; We know Godzilla will awaken in Japan. He then takes a pitstop at Wakkiki beach where he fights the NAVY. He then fights the first MUTO Okay now, some of the rest could possible not happen, and i dont when any of it happens. Godzilla figths the millitary at the golden gate bridge. Godzilla fights the second MUTO. The movies climax Sounds like plenty of Godzilla.
