Godzilla (2014) appears to finally be getting a 4K release.
Several reliable physical media sources have recently shared that the original Monsterverse film will be receiving its first 4K Ultra HD release soon. Fans have been clamoring for a 4K version of Godzilla ever since the original releases all gave the film a much darker filter than the theatrical release had.
One source has also posted the below list of possible features for the 4K release. However, note that neither the features nor the release itself have been officially confirmed yet.
