Godzilla: King of the Monsters is beginning to make its presence known with features in various film publications. So far, Total Film and Empire Magazine have each published a special feature on the Godzilla sequel, packed with exclusive interviews with Michael Dougherty, the film's director. Each spread also includes a new movie still from the film as well, although Empire's is more new (and exciting). Thanks to our friends at Gormaru Island, we have fresh scans of each! Check them out:

From the latest issue of EMPIRE Magazine, GODZILLA: King of the Monsters has been excitingly listed among its 2019 Film Preview for next year's anticipated blockbusters and films. Detailing not only information about the Titans being the source for all beastly mythology, and the monsters from the bible. But also details that the 2019 MonsterVerse sequel will retain the same grim serious tone as 2014's GODZILLA. Which exhibits strongly from the trailers released so far.
And once again, it's strongly grounded that the monsters (or Titans) in the MonsterVerse, specifically this movie, will not be portrayed as giant beastly creatures or animals. Putting the "God" in Godzilla, the monsters will be portrayed as gods.
