I have seen all of the Millennium movies and the entire Rebirth of Mothra trilogy, and I can 100% say for certain that if you don't count (Spoilers Ahead!) Grand King Ghidorah trapping kids in a life-sucking bubble in Rebirth of Mothra 3, then yes, Monsterverse Ghidorah is the first time a Ghidorah ate a human.

He got it from some sources that were at Cinema Expo 2019 this past weekend. Footage of Godzilla vs. Kong was shown there. Most of it was unfinished.

In my opinion, seeing them team up is fine so long as there is a clear winner, which Legendary confirmed a long time ago, so no need to worry about a tie. Having them team up would be pretty cool, hell maybe throw Rodan in there too. Would be awesome, but I'm probably hoping for too much there. Then after they win, they acknowledge some sort of respect for one another and walk away, or Kong walks away after Godzilla gives one last victory roar after the respect thing (if you can't tell, I'm rooting for Godzilla).

Maybe you could do both of your suggestions, seeing as how the original can fit the smaller but more slimmer male, and the alternate can fit the larger and more bulky female, just like with the MUTOs from 2014.
I know, it sounds like plagiarism, but it at least sounds awesome because, well, dinosaurs. Not much else you can argue on that front. Jk. Lol :)

Which design do you like for the Aquilamimus, the alternate design or the original design?
Personally, I like both due to the potential idea of sexual dimorphism that I suggested for these two designs.

Yeah in both versions Kong won, yet in both versions Godzilla survived seeing as america dubbed more godzilla movies. If I remember correctly in the dub weren't they surprised to see Godzilla alive in the follow up movie, Godzilla vs The Thing?

Actually, Kamoebas, that one was debunked. In both versions, you see Kong swimming off and hear his roar. Still doesn't exactly prove he won, because... Godzilla lives in the ocean... and you probably couldn't hear his roar from under the water... and he might have just decided to have taken a nap... perhaps that was Kong's roar of submission? It can only be really guessed at.

I was thinking of that too, which makes a lot of sense although I think the female should be the alternate design and the male be the original design. Male birds tend to be more colorful than their female counterparts while females especially in eagles tend to be larger than the males.
The alternate design for Aquilamimus fits your description of the kaiju more, but both designs feel like they would fit the Male (alternate design) and female (original design) of the kaiju. They look awesome.
I've heard of it, but never really delved into it.
