Yeah, Warner Bros. has been very quick to remove the trailers. I think Bryan Cranston has been very preoccupied with talking about the finale of "Breaking Bad", no doubt he will talk more about "Godzilla" when the time comes. :)

It's an unfinished trailer recorded by a phone off of a laptop screen, obviously it's disappointing but it IS something. Even if they keep the end of the trailer the same, having it be the only piece of Godzilla we see it'd be sheer genius. Getting the audience's attention with all of the wide spread destruction and chaos and when they're at the pinnacle of wondering what it is, a shadowy figure pops up and gives the iconic roar and "Godzilla" comes on screen. They'll go crazy for it, I know I will.

On the subject on whether big G's a dinosaur, here's a bit from wkipedia's info on the first film: "Art director Akira Watanabe combined attributes of a Tyrannosaurus, an Iguanodon, a Stegosaurus and an alligator to form a sort of blended chimera, inspired by illustrations from an issue of Life magazine. To emphasise the monster's relationship with the atomic bomb, its skin texture was inspired by the keloid scars seen on Hiroshima's survivors."

Yeah, the plot is important pretty for this movie... as for it being sort of in the "horror" category, I think they're going well in that direction because for me I actually felt like scared imagining if I were a person in the film experiencing it all. The feeling of fear was stronger than getting pissed off of a monster destroying my things. But that just me ok, I get emotionally involved sometimes

I may then be the most homer Godzilla fan in regards to where he stands with me. He is beyond dinosaur, beyond animal. He is a living nuclear bomb, infused with a hurricane, earthquake,tsunami, all rolled into a living creature...to attack him is to just piss him off. never mind the radio active poison in any area he roams for who knows how many years...he destroys livable land for decades. Butt, that's just how I view him. everyone has a different reality when it comes to Godzilla. That's just my take.

I agree, he doesn't look like something we'd consider a dinosaur by today's standard. We've got science to thank for that. Yeah, I didn't mean that he looks spot on like a dinosaur. Don't apologize, I think I did say something about Godzilla being a dinosaur. And I understand that you, as a dinosaur "freak", wouldn't see the similarities between Godzilla and dinosaurs. I mean I like dinosaurs, but I see bits and pieces of Godzilla where it seems like his design was based on dinosaurs. DinoZilla? That's a nickname I haven't heard before (not sarcasm, I swear).

Now its my turn to apologize. Someone else said it. Sorry. And, as a dino freak, Godzilla looks nothing at all like a dinosaur. Of course the 1998 Godzilla I don't consider Godzilla, but DinoZilla. With the bipedal posture, long tail, even the leg is right. And the hands are like a Coelophysis's with five fingers.

I said Godzilla was a dinosaur? 0.o Damn, I must have been out of it. Not that I really think Godzilla can be considered a dinosaur, but several times throughout the franchise, the main characters usually speculate that Godzilla was a dinosaur at one point, or is still one, but just heavily radiated. In Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, he is shown as a dinosaur during the time travel mission as well as a few flashbacks. So, Godzilla in Gojira is speculated to be a dinosaur by Yamane the dinosaur expert they bring in for no real reason other to explain to us that Godzilla's a dinosaur, or he's sure he is.. Then again, they thought dinosaurs died out two million years ago in that movie. In Godzilla Raids Again, or as Americans know it as Gigantis: The Fire Monster, Godzilla and Anguirus are both speculated to be dinosaurs. I dunno, several movies say he's a dinosaur, or was a dinosaur at one point. ;p Again, I didn't even realize I said he was a dinosaur. I've been so out of it lately. Too much college can make a guy act stupid. I'm a fan of dinosaurs as well, looking forward to Jurassic World in less 700 days. But you have to admit, Godzilla is VERY reminiscent of a dinosaur. Not any particular dinosaur, but a mashup. I can see T-rex, well what they assumed T-rex was like during the 50's, and stegosaurus, without the tail or and with added tines in the spines.

The other small kaiju, I don't want to see the main kaiju until I see the movie. I've seen the theatrical trailer, although it was incomplete, and it looked decent enough for an unfinished project. I really want them to push a bit of the horror aspect being pushed instead of just a few action scenes, but I also don't want them pretty much ruining every plot point and twist there is before we even see the damn thing.

I'd love to see Godzilla in person. You didn't have to apologize until you said Godzilla is a dinosaur. That got me a tiny bit angry, as a dinosaur freak.

Legendary, as far as I'm aware, is trying to keep the movie(s) rather realistic, as far as Godzilla can be considered realistic. So, I don't think we'll see a Godzilla v. Godzilla movie anytime soon. Besides, I think the GMK suit is already deteriorating. So, unless they remake it, I don't think Godzilla from GMK will be in anymore Godzilla films on TOHO's part, much less Godzilla v. Godzilla. I like the idea, but not from Legendary. It'd have to be done by Toho, because Toho can, and usually does, create outlandish Godzilla movies. That being said, I'd love to see the movie, just not yet though.

For the legendary series (if there is one), yes it's ridiculous. But if it were apart of a toho series then yes it's a good idea.

Sam,I think a plot twist for the upcoming movie next year might have been revealed! Nuking Godzilla in this movie actually makes sense,seeing as how he's going to be immune to any conventional weaponry,the monsters he will fight will inevitably be defeated,and humanity is going to be desperate for a quick solution. A nuke is humanity's most powerful weapon currently (the Oxygen destroyer is sadly just a dream),and this could set up some more human drama and intensity for sequels by having it so that nations are furious at each other for the usage of nukes against Godzilla,as well as the fact that he's likely not going to be killed by them either.

Eh hard to call I can't really decide between Ghidorah the Three-headed monster, Monster Zero, or Godzilla vs King Ghidorah. I guess I'll go with Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah since I'm a heisei era fanboy, but it's extremely close
