I know the movie is British but the creature itself is Irish since it was discovered in Ireland.
Gorgo is British, not Irish.
Cool, its the Irish Godzilla
Very nice, it definitely looks like the sculptor definitely took inspiration, from the mireGoji or kiryuGoji suits for the head and neck, Yasushi Nirasawa's Godzilla final wars concept for the body, and the recently released T's Facto SpaceGodzilla for the dorsal plates. Overall a very interesting design.
Looks like a fusion of GarethGoji with KiryuGoji
So the next film after The New Empire would be that?
ey, like king louie
yo this is epic
hopefully spacegodzilla will be included in future monsterverse films
I did not read the full post before commenting, so what I said is irrelevant. I will read fully next time before replying.
google.co.jp
and search up the names in japanese
Oh yeah, I get it.
Riley Roberts,
I'll get back to you. A lot of this is from memory of years and years ago, so I'll have to go back and find some sources.
Also, G. H. (Gman), I 100% agree with you on this.
If it was Kongzilla, it would be so funny to see what's Mothra's expression. XD
HinikunaGoji Noice, Can't wait to see that happen! XD
No. Ghidorah will not be in stranger things 5.
Ghidorah isn’t like even the first 3 headed dragon ever, hydras have existed all over in mythology, and the Slavic Zmey Gorynych also has three heads.
if this was at all meant to relate to Ghidorah, it would just be a reference.
Plus thematically the drawing wasn’t really supposed to be foreshadowing at all, it had more to do with will’s struggles with being gay.
i support orange monke theory
I saw a fan theory suggesting that he was the one who built the axe that Kong found in GvK. The theory also suggests that he was the one who put the red handprint on the door to the Kong temple since the paint that it was made with matches the red war paint he wears on his face, which indicates that he might have lived in that temple at one point.
Lore dumps can be interesting.
King Louie, obviously.
This Kong is probably a different individual. Kinda think it’s cool
Godzilla is actually bisexual.
He's most likely another member of Kong's species (or a closely related species) who is more aggressive and warlike. The glowing blue eyes indicates that he's either able to harness the Hollow Earth energy or that he's absorbed energy from the other titans he's killed (as indicated by all of the bones in his lair).
R.I.P Mothzilla
Maybe the kiss scene is real now
Never would've expected Legendary to bring back the "x" from the Millennium series. Interesting. Good title.
Is the title a ship name or smth?
They hinted at the idea of Kong finding other members of his species in the Hollow Earth during the events of GvK. We know that Kong wants to find more of his kind, so the idea of him finding another Kong or a tribe of Kongs that turn out to be more violent and warlike (in contrast to his more benevolent nature) could be pretty interesting. Kong would then have to choose between joining them (finally having the family he always wanted) or fighting against them to protect the world.
Definitely a Kong species teased as a potential new villain and competitor for the throne. I will admit however, I was hoping for a more original Monster to be the antagonist for the sequel. A Kong knock-off just seems lazy.
