What made you decide on a puzzle game as the base for gameplay, as opposed to say, a fighting game? (not complaining, I love puzzle games)

There's a few reasons that might happen. One, try upping the resolution on the mesh. Once you are happy with the basic shape of what you want to sculpt, go to GEOMETRY and hit DIVIDE. that should add some more resolution to your mesh and give it more surface area to add detail. So your curves and details won't be as jagged and bumpy. Two, try adjusting the settings of your brush. Be sure your size isn't too big, but also the focal radius, the circle inside the circle of your brush. make that smaller or larger, see what happens.

And I would pretty much take the head of the original Gojira. Put emphasis on the souless eyes, always looking down at the people he towers over. He would have a low, bellowing roar.
His body would be similar to the LegendaryGoji's, with the bear-like stance and thick legs, along with the massive tail. And his dorsal spines will we similar to crystals, in the way they glow when he is about to fire his atomic breath.
This is only what my friends told me. I'm not trying to be a troll or anything, I'm only witting what I've heard.

Well, you take one Godzillasaurus, one Hydrogen bomb, one Pacific Atoll, and just a hint of reckless ambition and arrogance, aaaand...
All kidding aside, I think they did everything right when designing this new Godzilla! He may look a little different if I were designing him, but I doubt he'd look as cool! :D
i think the design is "good" and good enough for the movie, but i feel it's too generic looking.
I own all 28 films in both English and Japanese with English subtitles on DVD. I have tons of VHS tapes I've updated, plus Gojira, Destroy All Monsters, and Biollante on Blu-ray. I also have a few special editions (including the 3 disk Final Wars set), and just about every documentary I can get my hands on. There are only a few kaiju films I don't have in my collection (like four or five), but I'll get them sooner or later!
I set out to own all the films bilingually a few years ago, and didn't stop until I had them all! Now I want to get the films of Blu-ray. I'll definitely be picking up the 13 Godzilla Blu-rays that will be coming out within the next few months!
what about for Xbox 360 and other consoles. how many levals are there and is the Atomic breath accurate.

What is the chance of a 3DS/Vita port of this game?
I can tell you right now this is bs. I work in casting, and Nina Henninger is a background/extra CD. Meaning she is the one who casts people to just run around, or lay dead on the ground. These are not credited roles. A background CD is someone who is brought in at the last minute, and picks people based on look only. Nina only cast the extras in San Francisco, so this is an even smaller part. They have almost nothing to do with the production of a film, and therefore wouldn't have access to sensitive studio information such as this.
If she did for some reason tell your friend this, I'm sure it was just water cooler gossip.
