Please, splice in that god-awful roar from that cartoon with the scene of Godzilla roaring at the vault doors... that'd be awesome.
I think 4 movies would be good.
Glad you enjoyed it Kaijugroupie84 :)
Probably a triliogy. I doubt there will be a dozen. I also have a feeling that this might just be a stand alone film without any future sequels.
This is how I made a killing with Skylanders, buying a toy that is available in one area, then selling it to people in other areas for twice as much. Some people are willing to pay a bit extra to have something first, electronics are a perfect example of this. You can get a 360 now for under 200 bucks, at launch it was 400.
Just how things go. Oh well, I see nothing wrong with people profiting off collectors who are willing to pay a bit more. If they get their figure and the other person gets their money, there are no losers.
;) you will learn how to do it with the time
Thank you guys. Awesome job **AL**> I don't know how to do all that fancy stuff on this site XD
hi lopsquid, I like your doodle the muto too, is a small muto but it seems like is going to bite the poor gojira ^^
@Free5
Trendmasters used the same mold for toys with and without speakers. The ones without speakers were sold cheaper.
¨The composite term Gojirasaurus is derived from the name of the giant Japanese movie monster "Gojira" (Godzilla) and the Greek word "sauros" (σαυρος) meaning "lizard";[2] thus, "Gojira lizard". "Gojira" was selected as a reference to the great size of this theropod, which exceeded that of its Triassic counterparts.¨

Ah, the stature of limitations making America more holsome every day. I salute you doctor.
I had a Heisei Godzilla toy from the "Godzilla Wars" line that also had the speaker holes and battery pack but no speakers.
oh, thanks man I've enjoyed it
nothing can sum up my fear more than Spiderman 3
I don't like the fact that they might be able to suck out the radiation ,Godzilla is alreadyradiated he should be the same size regardless of any Radiation loss.
thank you Anthony you can see my work on the blooper reel To Catch a Predator unfortunately the police did not get into the room in time to stop me.
I've seen this before. It is a really cool dinosaur.
Since this is an intro movie I can see the fear that to many monsters could destroy the movies plot, and have a spiderman 3 type deal, but having 3 monsters, 2 of which seem very similar and can have a backstory done together, is fine
hey Arkan, I really like the colors, the design and the look of G's face.
Most anticipated movie of 2014? Let's not overhype this and get people's hopes up. Just because 1 source put it as their #1 does not mean other sources put it much lower, or it didn't make their cut at all.
I see the chance this movie gets a sequel, I mean even the 1998 version made a large amount of money before it's reviews and word of mouth cut it's profit down quite a lot. Then again the 1998 was marketed much more so I guess I can't really compare them.
So your a pediatrican and your interested in seeing children casualties? I like your style Dr. Strange Love you think outside the box. You are a patriot and a scholar, As for little muto attackers, Im a fan of the idea they can drain Godzillas Radiation as he fights a formidable adversary. What do you think Doc?
Very interesting, good find
@AKAGI I'm pretty sure their films are actually made to appeal to people like you, who watch them to laugh at how bad they are. I mean, just look at Sharknado, it's obvious just from reading the title alone that it's intentionally meant to be So Bad, It's Good, sort of like Troll 2.
in age where every movie needs to be edgy and cutting edge I would like to see some flight where the main characters don't all survive. I'm tired of all the stereotypical little girl And And always end up alive with some amazing luck. I need to see some true death and despair even if Godzilla turns out good which because of the other monsters I think it is a safe bet.
Pertaining to Godzilla and his adversaries, seeing as this is the first movie of a hopeful series, I think Godzilla dominating smaller creatures is a good move. It's important to establish Godzilla as the dominant creature before pitting him against a monster that would be a challenge-- which this movie isn't about anyway. It's about re-establishing an icon to a new generation with a backdrop of strong characters.
Assuming there's a sequel, pitting Godzilla against a creature that is a more worthy adversary gives ups the stakes in a natural way. Such a decision is better saved for the future.
Someone more cant see it? If is that the case, here write your e-mail and I can send you, and later I´ll fix the prroblem of the image here
it's the most anticipated movie of 2014 so the chances of a sequel are high but I don't see them going beyond a trilogy and I'm certain Toho won't be making any new films until the American franchise comes to an end. They're in direct partnership and will be making a good penny out of this so I wouldn't be surprised if its another decade before an actual Japanese Godzilla film.
I did this draw for a tournament on a Godzilla spanish fans group, just some weeks ago, Now, I´m doing one more.
I think storyline and human characters involved also play a very strong / crucial role in the direction of a movie, and how it plays out to audiences, which eventually determines the movie's box office success.
As much as there are people out there who hope to see less people-interaction in the movie and more of monsters just plainly fighting each other with no strong plot or human character development, such movies will only enjoy moderate success because audiences who watch the show formulate their impressions and it gets spread through word of mouth or through social media quickly and the impact can be damaging to ticket sales. We have certainly seen movies that are hyped up and opened with a strong debut in the first weekend at cinemas only to see their ticket sales dive down quickly by the next. - Because of poor reviews from the first wave of audiences.
When producing movies such as Godzilla, its threading a fine line between pandering to the expectations of diehard Godzilla fans and the wider general audience. We look at Godzilla Final Wars as an example, where the movie had tonnes of monsters with poor character development, which clearly was a treat solely to fans, but it was shunned by general audiences, which rendered the movie a flop.
Sigh. I don't think what they are doing is exactly iilegal, particularly if they said their films were parodies, it'd be completely legal. The term they coin is 'mockbuster'. Most of the times they get sued, the company suing them loses because the story of said mockbuster is different enough that it doesn't count as infringement.
Problem is, the movies are just bad and they are meant to appeal to a certain brand of low-brow film renters. People who don't know better. Its like how parents will buy the cheaper console for their kids for christmas, or buy nasty palmer chocolate bunnies instead of the good Russel Stover stuff during Easter. Its all a money game. They cash in on it. Its not evil, its not plagerism, is just annoying capitalism at its best.
Can you say they are evil for wanting to make money off something that is popular? Specially since there are people out there who are going and picking up the new godzilla figures and selling them for three times their price on ebay?
Its just how this great western civilization works...
I for one can't wait to see the stupid, horribly done piece of dog crap they produce so I can laugh at it and the people who are duped into renting it.
Beauty, Just the buildings can be betters.
Yes, a good music tribute for the king.
