Fastest - Hard to say. Tangibly, DesGhidorah is the fastest on record (Mach 23 on Earth~light speed in space). But because the Anime King Ghidorah is capable of interdimensional travel, DesGhidorah's impressive speed might be worth dick in this case.

Best overall - Showa
He destroyed multiple worlds and, according to a 1984 Toho source book, only thinks about how to destroy all life in the universe. He fought Godzilla the most times of all incarnations. It took the combined effort of Godzilla, Rodan and Mothra to defeat him the first time around. He was the only monster to survive his battle with Zone Fighter. It took a monster army of 10 to finally kill him. Absolute legend.

I will say that Showa killed entire planets not just targeting children, but everything.

well at least showa ghidrah didnt plan on EATING those planets.

But grand king Ghidorah did it to survive, 

showa did it for fun

Showa and Monsterverse, their both alien world destroyers, which is my favorite origin for him.
