The MV is at a standstill and Toho is planning one of their own. There's plenty the world of Godzilla has to offer. Its a franchise that's been building for decades with several monsters added throughout for him to battle or team up with. With all of this mind, if you were to create your own universe, how would you go about it? Since this can be extremely broad as there's a lot to play with, lets keep it organized:
1) Choose the number of films you'd want to cover your universe.
2) Choose how many monsters you'd use for your line of films (Optional: explain why you chose these monsters).
3) Give a brief synopsis of how you'd want each film to go.
4) Choose your ideal composer to match your universe.
5) Have fun with it!
Some of you may come up with a dark take, others may come up with a crazy or action-packed take. Maybe even both! I'll be sharing mine as I think more on it. Go nuts down there!

Hey Guest, want to add your say?

Thanks Die-Hard Spino Fan!

Did you read mine @sonictiger? I need some constructive criticism to make it better.

@Chris Duuuuuude you went for the dark and hopeful ending and I'm all for it. I love as it ramped up each film and ended off with a "No matter what happens to the planet, Godzilla will live on" sort of vibe. I dig it. Its really great to hear from you again too, I best hear from you again sometime :)
@SarcasticGoji ooooooh I see now. I had started watching the show too and I thought thats the type of similar approach you were going for. Either way though, the idea is pretty damn solid.
I still have yet to put my universe down ;-; I'll put it up soon!
Do you have any ideas for your story?
I draw too much. That’s how my story got started.
Ive been trying to design the Main antagonist (Ghidorah of Course), and this is my latest

expecting the worst, sets you up for thr worst

Also, When I animate it as i plan to, Ill do what Singular point did, with portraying kaiju in cgi. I refuse to draw spiky monsters thousands of times?

I really like the eldritch concept of the anime. So I will do something like that. But this one isn’t space noodles

I liked ur trilogy a lot @SquashaDash!
I realized I didn’t follow this,
1) Choose the number of films you'd want to cover your universe.
2) Choose how many monsters you'd use for your line of films (Optional: explain why you chose these monsters).
3) Give a brief synopsis of how you'd want each film to go.
4) Choose your ideal composer to match your universe.
5) Have fun with it!
Eight Episodes, I do not have titles but I have the monsters in each
1- Godzilla Comes ashore and wreaks havoc on Japan, this 3rd godzilla is 6 times the size of the last godzilla to appear and is very hostile. During this a boy named Ichiro is struggling with a mysterious illness. Black veins run up his hands and any living thing he makes contact with dies.
2- A second Kaiju Appears, and is identified as a younger godzilla and is named Anguirus 3. The government worries that maybe the tow kaiju will work together. Godzilla 3 attacks anguirus 3 and kills it. I’m still working on human story. I have ideas but needs work.
3-

It may sound like a coincidence, but in the last weeks, I have been thinking a lot about the subject, but explaining the ideas I had, I think it will be a long time, and most likely, part of the message will be lost in the translation (I am not a natural English speaker , and without the Google translator, I am lost), but I will try to summarize as much as possible, to share my idea, but it will be long.

Foreverwing Since you have a hard time with English, what language are you naturally good at?

KaijuFan_6754 I am a natural speaker of Spanish, more specifically, of Argentina.

Foreverwing I too naturally speak Spanish, but specifically the Mexico version. However, my whole life I grew up speaking English as well, so I speak fluently at both.

I’m an original German speaker.

Hehehe, it’s maybe not as cool as it sounds. I was born while they were still deciding on which peace’s of land Russia gets and which pieces of land Poland gets, so it was a bit weird.

Hmmm...I don't really know. But I think that I'd use all of the MonsterVerse Titans and add in King Caesar, Gigan, Hedorah and Titanosaurus. I'll have to think up the plot as that'll take me a long time to make, but these woud be the monsters in my story.

haha
your all exciting, im just american -w-
still, hmmm
i still need to figure out my universe(s)

What I am writing is being extended too much, I think it might be worth making a new entry.

@SarcasticGoji Yooo that pic looks amazing. I'm also trying to learn 3D animation and learn ZBrush to make a little episode of something in the future. In summary my idea revolves around a cataclysm caused by Ghidorah.
Thanks. Yeah, I really like the eldritch concept of ghidorah. But trying to do it better. Yes, 3d modeling and animation are stupidly hard. I spent the beginning of today trying to make a 3d model of AuroraGoji and I died inside.

Oh I worked more on NebulaGhido
It will be animated as a 3d model as well, but the render will only show the outside lines and features I’d like to keep visible.
Also I been dulling the photos in case you’ve noticed, I want to show off it’s vibrance when I finish.

I just noticed something, Everything kaiju I make has an evil smile.

JEEZ GOJI YOUR REALLY GOOD AT ART
also yes Gojiverse and ROTK are both really good, you procrastinate much less than me at stuff TwT

I finally have my concept ready haha. Been a while but here goes:
It'll will be a trilogy and will revolve around the extermination of Godzilla himself. I dont want to use any other monsters here as I have a different ideal approach.
My ideal composer for this would be: Hiroyuki Sawano. His ability to enhance any emotion in a scene with ease makes his talent eye-catching.
Film 1: In summary, this film will have Godzilla make his debut to humankind with the intent to destroy. I want to not only show how cruel and menacing his existence can be, but the horrifying effects of his iconic breath. Imagine if Godzilla's breath attack on a human being not only vaporizes them, but leaves an atomic shadow of them? The film's primary focus is to show the terror of something like Big G attacking mankind and the aftermath of his rampage, while also solidifying humanity as the underdog of this trilogy. Godzilla will evolve his abilities slowly, allowing him to get to his peak by the third film.
Film 2: This film will focus on preparing humanity's comeback, with the drive to fight back against this threat. Godzilla is claiming the world as his territory, and humanity is losing its edge. They realize that if Godzilla is evolving, they also would need to push forward and advance their tech and weaponry. They begin to develop a counter-offensive, a fighter of their own. Something to withstand Godzilla's abilities but realistically still be prone to damage by them (the film wouldnt be fun if it could just tank what Godzilla throws at him).
Film 3: This film is the endgame. The final offensive against Godzilla. The mech has been prepared, but Godzilla has already turned a good amount of larger civilizations into a azure-scorched wasteland. This film represents humanity's comeback, with humankind banding together to stop a common enemy as a species. Since this would be all-out war, this film would have countless casualties. The tone still being consistent throughout as a horror with realistic, yet bombastic action. The mech's purpose is to damage Godzilla enough so we can deal the final blow. Hoping the mech kills Godzilla by itself is wishful thinking and would be cliche plot-wise.
This is just a summary but I'd love to go in-depth with this in a legitimate topic. The whole point of this trilogy is to introduce the audience a horror trilogy with an iconic monster while also holding out hope that humanity will survive and triumph against him. Godzilla started off as a horror film, and I believe that using that tone not only does him justice but shows audiences what he was before he was a hero. He was a towering horror, and he still retains his badassery that way.
(I did have a secondary concept that revolved around a "Destroy all Monsters" with Ghidorah being the cosmic threat against the world. I feel he isnt properly conveyed to be such and I think having him be the unholy destroyer could be a pretty dope thing to see on-screen.

That’s a cool trilogy @MilqueChocolate! How did you like mine?
I really love that idea. I understand that want for Godzilla to be horror, and I’ve tried designing my godzilla around that somewhat, (that’s why it smiles.) I actually love the cosmic Horror Idea for ghidorah and I don’t think the concept is ruined but was executed poorly, (with the fight against Goji at least)
I think you should write out a sort of explanation for him to see. It’s really good, though.

So my universe is basically a modified MonsterVerse in which the Zilla species is an alien from another planet. It would be all of the events from Ghidora landing on earth, to Dagon’s death, to the death of Titanus Jinshin-Mushi, and many others, and how Zilla and how he impacted the MonsterVerse. I will also be doing my version of all the MonsterVerse movies. Zilla’s mother landed on earth during the Mid-Late Cretaceous after her species’s (Titanus Han-Kami) planet was destroyed by a rogue planet. She laid one large egg after asexuallly reproducing. But, she left the egg in the the forest because she didn’t someone challenging her rule, so she went to the hollow earth. The egg hatched and Zilla struggled to survive. The full version is here. You can check it out if you want.

Also, @SarcasticGoji that pic looks...
AMAZING!

Anything you want to add to my description @SarcasticGoji?

OOO THAT GHIDORAH THO
but this face...jeez i love it
