Like Godzilla in 2014 was considered the best and still is so does that mean Godzilla is getting weaker, or is he getting stronger and people just like the 2014 Godzilla better.

Best being what? And who specifically is considering the 2014 version stronger? I don't see this conversation anywhere.

I would assume in-universe his atomic ray in King of the Monsters is just as strong as it was in 2014 since it's the same Godzilla.
