Godzilla, Rodan, and Anguirus. Those would be my top three. Gamera and Zilla Jr. and Godzilla Jr. (not Minilla) are in 4th.

there are just too many to choose from but in no particular order: Godzilla, Kong, Mothra, Gigan, monster X/Kaiser Ghidorah, Destoroyah, Zilla jr, Ymir, Rhedosaurus, the giant behemoth, Ogra (not to be confused with Orga), Baragon, Lizzie (rampage movie), Q the winged serpent, Otachi, Slatern, the Giant Behemoth, Biolante, the MUTOs, Clover
