Godzilla PS4: Upgrades and custom moves for everyone?

We know in the ps3 version, as Godzilla unlocked attacks for his moveset and the optional usage of different kinds of atomic breath. My question is, this could be possible for the other monsters in the upcoming ps4?

Feel free to share your thoughts. If they already put the hopping dance and the atomic flight, why not to add the flying double kick from Godzilla vs Megalon?
