Godzilla Rap

I've wanted to contribute to the wonderful community here for a while, so I've decided to share this rap I wrote with you all. Thoughts and criticism are appreciated. 

 

Here he is

Godzilla's here to stay

He's the god of monsters

And he's here to make your day

What's a king to a god?

You can call him The Wall

You can try to knock him down

But you're the one who's gonna fall

The Destroyer of Worlds

You should fear his atomic breath

He's the balancer of nature

He is the bringer of death

Born from the destruction 

Caused by the atomic blast

Better turn that ship around

And hide behind that mast

 

The Atomic Bomb brought to life

Filled with rage at nature's strife

Rising from the deep dark ocean

Causing all kinds of commotion

Godzilla destroys our cities and towns

Breaking down the lives that we found

Godzilla teaches us what must be taught

Showing humanity just what we have wrought

 

With every single step

He causes earthquakes

And with every roar

You can feel the earth shake

With his very presence

Will the heavens start to break

A brand new world order

Is what Godzilla will create 

And once nature is finally calm

Godzilla's infinite rage will fade

And he'll pass that swaying palm

Into the waters from which he rose

Handing the torch back to humanity

Waiting until he's needed again

And then he'll be back stronger than before

And he'll rage across the world once more
